Yeah ! Yeah ! You kept on missing something or writing with the wrong information. You better eat less of those carbohydrate, fats and cholesterol will take a toll. Keep on jogging, not just walking lightly, stopping at every bend. Keep some pressure on that legs. Make the lungs pump some fresh air and let see some sweat on your eye brow, my man. Tighten that belly a little, so the waist will shrink a bit. Just kidding, you're a Grandpa anyway. Watch your health a bit.

A million thanks, Anonymous for your reminders! Actually it's a combination: 30 minutes jogging and 30 minutes walking.I know the foods that are healthy.I know that asparagus or banana is a good source not only of beta carotene but also vitamin C. .and to stir away from pickled foods, mayo and smoked meats.Too much fish and sea foods is not also good because mercury is faster than cholasterol.
Occassionaly, we just can't control our . . . cravings. .especially for gatherings with friends and relatives which I believe the food should be as lively as the occassion.( . . who can resist Pinoy foods?)Yes, it's true you'll get tired fast not only when you start the second phase of being a much new and younger man . . if you keep on indulging in all those nice gourmet meals to match. . .remember fats and cholasterol will take a toll!
