Thanks to God, she's OK!
Irene's daughter Emily was admitted to Loudon Hospital on Thursday (June 8) in the morning after three days of flu-like symptoms, and appendicitis was immediately suspected.
Irene told me yesterday, that she was being released after a night in the hospital, and that she had sever strep, but was doing great after a full day on antibiotics and getting her fluids back up. She also said that the pediatrician who saw her last was the only one to ask them to check for the strep, and that's what it was. Sorry I didn't let everyone know sooner. - Nathan

I am relieved that her problem was something the docs could treat easily enough. Irene told me that it was strep that traveled to her stomach causing appendicitis symptoms.She came through the whole
ordeal OK.,thank God.
The posted picture...why is this pretty Native American girl posing in front of what appears to be liquor bottles? And why is her Lolo not stopping all this?
