Last Wednesday 13 Dec.I had the cataract surgery ,a plastic lens was implanted into the left eye w/c lasted for 45 min. I was given local freezing injection.

I went home w/ a bandage on the operative eye and was remove the next day.I need to wear a solar shield to avoid bright light,so I bought a funky dark eyeglasses
to wear until the vision returns to normal. At bedtime a plastic shield is tape over the eye to prevent rubbing when asleep.

So right now I'm on a grand vacation savouring every minute of my 6 weeks rest from my activities : )
