Flu Shot for Children

I watched a very disturbing program tonight on TV. It was about a 3 year old girl.She had been very healthy. One day, her mother found her in bed,quite ill. It was determined that she had contracted the Flu. She was given appropriate medications. Despite the massive medical efforts to save her, she died.

Yes, it could have been prevented. Since she was healthy, she did not need the Flu shot,right? Wrong. Children are more susceptible to all sorts of germs. They like to touch and everything goes in the mouth. They rarely wash their hands.The healthy ones need the Flu shot,too.
