Logan's never done any organized sports before, other than a workshop series on all sorts of sports, and so we wanted to get him into something before he got too old (he's now 11) and set in his ways (like his dad!), so he picked soccer. Yesterday, April 6, Logan participated in his first game and played a lot of minutes.
Logan (#26) moved the ball well, stealing it from the opposing team a couple of times, and was a lot more feisty than I though he'd be.
The team was ahead 1-0 until the end when the visiting team scored twice (darn it!). It was a great game, though, and a very healthy and positive first experience for Logan.
